Warranty Policy
At Dash Cam Installs, our service doesn't end once the job is done. Our warranty ensures that if you need more assistance or have any problems with your installation in the time frame given, then we will come back out to you free of charge. These time frames vary between 1-3 years depending on the job you have had done.

HOW MUCH WARRANTY COMES WITH YOUR WORK?
All of our installations come with 1 years warranty and any product that we have supplied will also come with warranty of between 1-3 years. This entirely depends on the product itself, but we will inform you of this when giving you a quote how much warranty you will receive.

DOES THE WARRANTY APPLY TO EVERYTHING?
If you have purchased your equipment prior to us coming to you and only require an installation, then ONLY the installation job will be issued with warranty, if you have an issue with the product itself, then you would have to contact the supplier. Of course, we are more than happy to discuss this with you if you are unsure on who you need to contact.

I HAVE TRIED TO FIX AN ISSUE MYSELF, WILL THE WARRANTY STILL APPLY?
This all depends on what has happened. If an issue has been made worse by attempting to fix an issue yourself, then the warranty will be voided and there will be a charge, this is usually a call out fee and an hourly fee. It is not safe to attempt to fix a problem yourself and we would highly recommend getting in touch first.
1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, as there may be additional charges, unless rescheduling has been discussed.
2. If we have supplied you with a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. This will be issued based on the item being returned in the condition that we sold it to you. You will not be eligible for a refund if the item looks like it has been used/tampered with in any way.
3. We are a cashless company. Any payments must be made by card payment, BACS or PayPal.
4. Our product warranty only applies to items we have supplied. If you have supplied your own equipment then you will only receive warranty on the installation itself. If you have supplied a product that is faulty, we will always advise contacting the retailer first.
5. For London installations - If you live within the congestion charge area, please note you will be liable for this cost.
6. Parking - If there are any parking restrictions then you must contact us to let us know ASAP.
7. Parking - If you live in a property with private parking, please ensure you contact us for our vehicle details to allocate parking for us. Any PCN charges we receive due to failure of allocation will be charged to the customer.
